What this site collects
On every page except one, nothing. These are static pages with no analytics and no third party scripts, so reading them leaves no record with us.
The exception is the contact page. It embeds a HubSpot form, and loading that page loads HubSpot's script, which sets a cookie called hubspotutk in your browser. HubSpot uses it to tie a form submission to the visits that led to it. It is set whether or not you submit anything.
If you use the contact form
What you type goes to our HubSpot account and nowhere else. We use it to answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation if you become a customer. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list off the back of a question. Ask us to delete it and we will.
What happens when you enroll
The enroll and add to cart buttons hand you to the Learn Brands LMS at app.learnbrands.com, which is a separate system. Your account, your payment and your course record are created and held there, and the Learn Brands privacy policy governs them. Payment is processed by Authorize.net. We never see or store card details.
Your certificate
Passing the final exam issues a certificate and a verifiable digital badge carrying a unique ID. Anyone you give that ID to can confirm the credential is genuine. The badge does not expose anything beyond your name and the credential.
Who holds it
Learn Brands LLC, 621 Kalamath St Suite 30, Denver, CO 80204, is the controller of anything collected here. The Learn Brands privacy policy covers the LMS and your course record; this page covers this website.
Seeing or deleting what we hold
Ask through the contact page, or email support@learnbrands.com, and we will tell you what is on your record or remove it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as an opt out and will not use your data for targeted advertising.
If this changes
Adding analytics, another form, or any further third party tool changes the sections above. This page gets updated in the same change, not afterwards.
