Who you are buying from
Learn Brands LLC, 621 Kalamath St Suite 30, Denver, CO 80204. Functional Beverage Certified is a Learn Brands course, and the Learn Brands terms and conditions govern your purchase. What follows is the part specific to this course. Where the two ever disagree, the Learn Brands terms win.
What you are buying
A single seat on Functional Beverage Certified, a professional education program for the beverage trade. One payment, one person, one certificate. Six modules, roughly thirty five to forty five minutes, and a thirty question final exam that you pass at seventy five percent.
What the credential is not
This is a professional credential. It is not a license to sell alcohol, and it is not a license to sell or handle any regulated cannabis product. It does not replace any state or federal requirement, any responsible vendor training your jurisdiction mandates, or any employer certification. Nothing in the course is medical, legal or regulatory advice.
Price and payment
Forty nine dollars per seat, one time, in US dollars. Bulk pricing runs from five seats to two hundred and fifty and up, and the per seat discount applies automatically at checkout. There is no subscription and no renewal fee. Checkout and payment happen in the Learn Brands LMS.
Refunds
No portion of any fee is refundable. This course is a Learn Brands course, and the Learn Brands terms and conditions apply to it in full.
Some compliance courses sold through Learn Brands come from third party providers and carry that provider's own refund window. This is not one of them, and no such window applies here.
Access
Your seat gives you access to the course through the Learn Brands LMS, and to refreshes of the material as the category and the federal and state rules change. Seats are issued to a named person and are not transferable between people.
The course content
The modules, slides, flashcards, exam questions, certificate design, trademarks and logos are owned by or licensed to Learn Brands. You may use what you learn freely. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, adapt or create derivative works from the material itself, or run it as training inside another organisation without a group licence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Learn Brands is registered. Any dispute is resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts situated in the City and County of Denver, Colorado.
Accuracy
The course teaches the regulatory framework as it stands. Rules on hemp derived products in particular move at both federal and state level. We refresh the material, and you remain responsible for the rules in your own market.
